Yes, we do! Room 7 (the Superior Queen Room) is located on the 2nd floor and could be split into a twin room depending on the length of stay. I would request that you contact us directly to discuss this in more detail prior to making a reservation.

Yes, this is not a problem as your key is retrieved from a key safe box on the outside of the property. Details are sent to you the day before your check-in. May I advise, we operate a quiet policy between 23.00 and 06.00 Thank you.

The family room is on the first floor.

All rooms have their own private en-suite facilities.

We have two King rooms. Room 4 is located on the first floor (named the family suite as it also has a sofa bed). Room 9 can be found on the second floor.

Our ground floor rooms are Room 1 (double room)and Room 2 (single room).  May I advise that there are 5 steps leading up to the property itself.

Yes, we can but this is subject to availability and there is no charge for providing you with a cot. For your child's safety, we request you bring your own baby bed linen.

Yes, this is ok with us.

Yes. The single rooms have 4L mini-fridges, and the double/king/SK rooms have 10L mini-fridges. The family room has a full-size drinks fridge.

The property does not have a lift.

We don’t have irons in the individual rooms. However, we do have a guest ironing room with an ironing board on the first floor.

Yes, they are.

The family room has 2 bedrooms. A double bed is in the first room, leading through to the second bedroom with 3 single beds.

Check-in is from 3pm and the check-out time is 10.30am

We do not allow dogs unless they are assistance dogs.

Yes, no problem at all. We can assist with an early bag drop but please contact us directly to arrange.

Family Room 3 which sleeps up to 5, has 2 separate bedrooms. As you enter there is a family bathroom, then a bedroom with a double bed, leading to a separate bedroom with 3 single beds.

Yes. All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge. If you were to need more space, I can always provide a second one.
